Today is Bell Let’s Talk day! This annual Canadian campaign aims to raise awareness and reduce stigma surrounding mental health. To honour this crucial initiative, we aim to spotlight research from various UTP journals addressing mental health in diverse contexts. These include family stress amid COVID-19, the utilization of mental health interventions by physiotherapists, assessments of academic burnout, and more.
